Our goal is to provide practical advice, technical guidance, and consulting services that help you make informed decisions. By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

 

Consultation Terms

Professional Advice 

FEMC provides recommendations based on the information available at the time of consultation. 
  • Advice is provided in good faith. 

  • Recommendations are based on industry knowledge, experience, and information supplied by the client. 

  • Clients remain responsible for their own business, technical, financial, and operational decisions. 

  • Outcomes may vary depending on circumstances outside FEMC's control. 

 
No Guarantee of Results 
While we aim to deliver high-quality advice and solutions: 
  • FEMC does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, cost savings, compliance outcomes, approvals, or performance improvements. 

  • Recommendations should be assessed by the client before implementation. 

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results. 

 
Not Legal, Financial, or Regulatory Advice 
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement: 
  • FEMC does not provide legal advice. 

  • FEMC does not provide financial advice. 

  • FEMC does not provide tax advice. 

  • FEMC does not provide regulatory or compliance certification. 

Clients should seek advice from qualified legal, financial, accounting, or regulatory professionals where appropriate. 
 
Meeting Recording Policy 
Recording by FEMC 
To improve service quality and maintain accurate records: 
  • Consultations may be recorded with notice provided to participants. 

  • Recordings may include audio, video, screen sharing, and meeting chat content. 

  • Recordings are stored securely and used for: 

  • Meeting notes 

  • Project documentation 

  • Internal quality assurance 

  • Service delivery purposes 

Client Consent 
By joining a recorded meeting, participants acknowledge and consent to the recording. 
If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify FEMC before the meeting begins. 
 
Client Recording of Meetings 
Clients may record meetings only with the knowledge and consent of all participants. 
Unauthorized recording, distribution, or publication of consultation content is prohibited. 
 
Confidentiality 
FEMC respects client confidentiality. 
  • Information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential where reasonably practical. 

  • Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties unless: 

  • Required by law 

  • Required for service delivery 

  • Authorized by the client 

Clients are encouraged not to share sensitive information unless necessary for the engagement. 
 
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 
Notice Period 
To ensure fair scheduling: 
More than 24 hours notice 
  • No cancellation fee. 

  • Appointment may be rescheduled without charge. 

Less than 24 hours notice 
  • FEMC reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the consultation fee. 

No-Show Appointments 
  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the consultation fee. 

  • Repeat no-shows may result in future bookings requiring payment in advance. 

 
FEMC Rescheduling 
Occasionally, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. 
If this occurs: 
  • We will provide as much notice as possible. 

  • Alternative times will be offered. 

  • Any prepaid consultation fees will be credited or refunded where appropriate. 

 
Client Responsibilities 
Clients agree to: 
  • Provide accurate and complete information. 

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner. 

  • Maintain appropriate backups of systems and data. 

  • Verify critical recommendations before implementation. 

  • Obtain independent professional advice where required. 

 
Limitation of Liability 
To the maximum extent permitted by law: 
  • FEMC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. 

  • FEMC's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service. 

  • FEMC is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client. 

 
Intellectual Property 
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: 
  • FEMC retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, frameworks, and proprietary materials. 

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive right to use delivered materials for their internal business purposes. 

  • Materials may not be resold, redistributed, or republished without written permission. 

 
Acceptance of Terms 
By: 
  • Booking a consultation, 

  • Attending a meeting, 

  • Purchasing a service, or 

  • Engaging FEMC in any way, 

you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Policies and Consultation Terms.
